A.C.E. of SW Minnesota offers a variety of services for caregivers and individuals wanting to remain independent and in their own home for as long as possible.
Caregivers learn how to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle for themselves. Older adults receive resources and support that enable them to live safely and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota is funded in part by AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP Program, MN Board on Aging, and MNRAAA.
