A.C.E. of SW Minnesota

A.C.E. (Advocate, Connect, Educate) of SW Minnesota educates, informs and challenges individuals to live their best life, no matter what age they are. We assist with AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP (age 55+) volunteer placements, offer caregiver services, provide healthy living classes/programs and dementia support for aging adults—all free of charge.

Caregiver Services

Volunteer-based Caregiver Services are designed to help the Caregiver survive the stresses and obstacles they face and to help them find the strength and encouragement they need to view caregiving as rewarding and fulfilling while providing quality care for their loved ones.

Independent living services help aging individuals remain active, encourage healthy living, provide emotional support and a friend to visit with. Our healthy living programs help to improve self-care practices and prolong independence.

Adults & Caregivers

A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota offers a variety of classes that create strong, involved communities focusing on volunteerism and active living programs for adults 55 & above, and care partners of all ages. There are classes for diabetes management, bone health, balance, living with chronic conditions, caregiver tools, and more! Join us!
