Independent living services help aging individuals remain active, encourage healthy living, provide emotional support and a friend to visit with. Our healthy living programs help to improve self-care practices and prolong independence.

The past session of exercise was so enjoyable - lots of laughs as the gals shared funny times along with helpful hints. A lovely group of ladies that I wish I could meet in person. You have done a great job of keeping us on pace and making our exercising a fun hour.. Thank you!
With doing these exercises I now do not have to have carpal tunnel surgery as the feeling came back in my hands.
I enjoy doing this class from home via Zoom, I don't think I would keep it up if I had to attend in person. It gets me out of my chair three times a week.
