A.C.E. of SW Minnesota has been providing health and wellness programs (also called “evidence-based health promotion programs or EBP) to older adults in southwest Minnesota since 2009. All programs/classes are held in-person, in facilities that meet state and local health, fire safety, and sanitation codes. We also offer some classes virtually (online), using HIPAA-compliant Zoom technology.

Falls Prevention
Improve your balance, build strength, increase your activity, and learn ways to modify your environment to reduce your risk of falls. The Falls Prevention programs we offer include:
Get Fit
Regular exercise will help you move easier, sleep better, and remain independent longer. The Get Fit classes we offer include:
Live Well
Managing a long-term (chronic) health condition can improve your health and quality of life. The Live Well programs we offer include:
